1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only when:

  • Returned product is received and inspected
  • Product meets our return policy conditions

2. Refund Process Time

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

3. Refund Method

🔹 Prepaid Orders

Refund will be credited to the original payment method

🔹 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Refund will be processed via:

  • Bank transfer, or
  • UPI

Customers must provide correct details for processing.


4. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Product is not in original condition
  • Missing parts or packaging

5. Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Then contact us

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Return request is made after 7 days
  • Product is used or damaged by customer
