Return & Replacement Policy

At Leo Mart India, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you face any issues with your order, please review our return and replacement policy below.


1. 7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy from the date of delivery.

You are eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong item

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • A valid Order ID or proof of purchase is required
  • Unboxing video or clear images may be required for verification

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care products (e.g., pain relief patches, wearable items)
  • Used or opened products
  • Items damaged after delivery

👉 However, if such items are received damaged, defective, or incorrect, they are eligible for replacement.


4. Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

Replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  3. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Photo/video proof

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.


6. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side, we will bear return shipping cost
  • In other eligible cases, customer may need to bear return shipping

7. Important Notes

  • Requests after 7 days will not be accepted
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the criteria
