At this stage, international shipping is not available.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be offered on selected products

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout

  • There are no hidden charges

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for most pin codes

  • Leo Mart India reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-risk orders

📲 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS or email

  • Customers can track their order using the provided tracking link

📦 Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered:

  • Please record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Such cases will be handled as per our Replacement Policy.

🚫 Delivery Attempt Failure / RTO

In case of delivery failure due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to accept the order

The order may be returned to the origin (RTO).
In such cases, re-shipping or replacement may not be applicable.

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

  • House number

  • Landmark

  • Correct mobile number

Leo Mart India is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
